I started doing stained glass during the end of college, and continued for a couple years after college. I didn't do much stained glass for myself after 2005, mostly I did wedding presents that have since been given away.
During high school I started doing torn construction paper portraits. These were mostly 3 color monochromatic. I'd start with the dark layer, tear away the area that was not going to be dark, and glue it to the next lighter layer. I'd repeat with the next layer and glue it to the bottom layer.
I took a watercolor class during college. Some of the pieces came out pretty good. There's a series I did focused on this one really cool tree at Tufts, a Dawn Redwood. It's a very special tree, thought to be extinct until a few were found in China.
